When you use the GigPolish enquiry form, we collect the name, email address, act details and message you provide. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable services and keep normal business records.
The form is processed through our UK website hosting and delivered to hello@gigpolish.co.uk. We do not add you to a marketing list or sell your details.
We retain genuine enquiries only as long as reasonably necessary for correspondence, business records and any resulting client relationship. You may ask what information we hold, request a correction or ask us to delete it where no overriding legal obligation applies.
